Article 1 General provisions
These general conditions of sale on line on our site https://www.rdventerreanimale.fr prevail over all other conditions appearing in any other document, except prior, express and written exemption.
Article 1.1 Definitions
The following will be referred to as:
"Rendez-vous en terre Animale": SARL Animal Acteur Academy, registered with the RCS of Orléans under the number Siret 538 133 158 00013, Telephone number: 02 36 47 60 06, reservation email: contact @ rdventerreanimale.fr
"Website": the website https://www.rdventerreanimale.fr and all of its pages.
"Center": Rendez-vous en terre Animale, located at SURY AUX BOIS (45530)
"Client": any natural or legal person with whom Rendez-vous en terre Animale concludes a sales contract.
"Order": any contract binding the customer to Rendez-vous en terre Animale for the realization and execution of the sale of tourist products.
Article 1.2 Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between Rendez-vous en terre Animale and any Customer, both parties accepting them without reservation. These general conditions of sale apply throughout the duration of the online posting of the services and products offered by SARL ANIMAL ACTEUR ACADEMY. The Customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the general conditions of sale accessible on the website https://www.rdventerreanimale.fr The customer declares to have the capacity to conclude this contract, that is, that is to say have the legal majority and not be under tutorship or curatorship. Any ordering constitutes acceptance of these general conditions of sale without any reservation. Rendez-vous en terre Animale reserves the right to unilaterally modify these General Conditions of Sale at any time and to apply them to all Orders placed after the modification date.
Article 2 Definition of services
Article 2.1 Definition of the service provision "stay in an ecolodge"
An ecolodge stay is a package that includes a stay for one night (or more) in one of the Rendez-vous burial Animale accommodations. This package includes accommodation in an ecolodge in the center with half board (dinner and breakfast).
Article 2.2 Definition of the "ecolodge gift voucher" service
The gift voucher for a stay in an ecolodge is a gift voucher ordered on the website and given to the beneficiary. This is valid for one year from the date of purchase and allows you to book a night in one of the centre's ecolodges on the desired date during the validity period of the voucher and according to the opening calendar of the Rendez-vous center. Animal burial. The number of participants and the name of the ecolodge are indicated on the gift voucher. It is important that the buyer informs the beneficiary to choose an available date as soon as possible upon receipt of the gift voucher, because once the expiry date has passed, it can no longer be used or extended.
Article 3 Accommodation capacity
The number of people mentioned per accommodation in our prices and on the reservation corresponds to the maximum authorized occupancy given the available equipment. It cannot be exceeded for safety and insurance reasons. Access to accommodation may be refused if the number of participants is not respected.
Article 4 Conditions of stay at the Center and responsibilities of the client
On arrival, clients must report to the reception of the center before enjoying their stay. They can enter and leave the center during the opening hours of Rendez-vous en terre Animale. Entering and leaving the center is no longer possible from 8:00 p.m. except in cases of force majeure. Night visits without a guide from the center are strictly prohibited under penalty of prosecution. Customers agree to use their accommodation without taking any risk, without noise or degradation of homes or the environment. Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation. Customers agree to use their lodges as a place of relaxation, rest under normal conditions: no flames, no cigarettes and no alcohol brought into the accommodation from outside. Customers are requested to return their accommodation to a satisfactory state of cleanliness and to immediately contact Center staff in the event of a problem. In the event of damage observed in the accommodation (broken glass, damaged equipment, cigarette burn, etc.) your civil liability will be incurred.
Article 5 Rules of procedure
People staying are required to comply with the guidelines imposed by the Rendez-vous en terre Animale center in its internal regulations. In the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations, the Rendez-vous en terre Animale center reserves the right to exclude the people accommodated from the site and this without any reimbursement of the reserved services.
Article 6 Valuable objects
It is recommended not to leave valuables in the accommodation and to systematically close the accommodation doors during your absences. The lodges are not equipped with a safe.
Article 7 Modification or cancellation of stay in an ecolodge by yourself before your arrival
In case of modification of the stay: The modification of the date of the stay or the change of accommodation is not possible from one season to another. Changes to the people participating in the stay, the accommodation or the dates of the stay are possible up to 45 days before the date of the Customer's arrival, subject to availability and feasibility. In this context, Rendez-vous enterre Animale reserves the right to invoice the Customer for any modification request up to a lump sum of thirty euros (€ 30) as management costs. After this 45-day period, no change can be made in the contract and no refund can be claimed.
In the event of cancellation of the stay: Any cancellation of the stay must be notified by registered letter.
Cancellation costs of the stay: Cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival date: 30% of the total amount of the stay will be retained, Cancellation less than 30 days of the arrival date: the total amount of the services ordered is retained by the Center, ie 100% of the amount of the stay. For any stay interrupted or not consumed (no show) for any reason whatsoever, the entire amount of the reserved stay will be liable or will remain acquired at the Rendez-vous en terre Animale center. No postponement of date can be claimed. In case of no-show by the customer, no refund will be made. The gift vouchers are neither modifiable, neither cancellable nor refundable. They are not movable for another season. The validity of the voucher is mentioned on the gift voucher.
Article 8 Price
Prices are expressed in euros, VAT included. They do not include insurance, meals (excluding ecolodges), tourist tax or any other personal expense. Prices are determined according to the rate in effect on the day of the reservation. Only the price appearing on your voucher or other reservation letter is valid. Rendez-vous en terre Animale reserves the right to modify its prices at any time and to apply them to all orders placed after the modification date.
Adult rate: from 13 years old
Child rate: from 4 to 12 years old included.
Children must be between 4 and 12 years old when visiting the center to benefit from this rate, the date of purchase of the ticket is not taken into account.
Free: Under 4 years old. Proof of age children may be requested at any time by the staff of the Rendez-vous en terre Animale center; if such proof is not presented, the adult rate will apply. The tourist tax is not included in the price of the service and is to be paid on the spot on the day of your arrival according to the number of people present, its amount is 1.3 € (per person over 18 years old.)
Article 9 Payment
Amount of the visit or stay to be paid in full when booking. No administration fees.
Article 10 Payment method accepted
On the website https://www.rdventerreanimale.fr: The only method of payment accepted is credit card (Visa and Mastercard). Payment of the price through the site is made directly to the Rendez-vous en terre Animale Center, using the Customer's credit card number through a secure payment system.
Article 11 Modification or cancellation of services by Rendezvous in Animal Land
In the event of an “orange” weather alert, with external events announced, beyond our control, such as bad weather, storm or thunderstorm, the Rendez-vous en terre Animale management reserves the right to cancel the service ordered by the customer for security reasons. In this context, the customer will be offered the postponement of his activity to a later date, within the current 12 months. If it is not possible to postpone, the full amount paid will be refunded to him but no other compensation can be claimed. It may happen that certain activities indicated in the description appearing on the website are canceled, in particular for climatic reasons, in the event of force majeure or a stay outside the tourist season. The cancellation of any activity for a case of force majeure or due to the behavior of a third party in the contract can not in any case result in any compensation.
Article 12 Modification or Cancellation of services by Rendez-vous en Terre Animale given the coronavirus epidemic

Article 13 Delivery of gift bags
Our sales and prices are agreed upon departure from Rendez-vous en terre Animale, (Sury aux Bois 45 530, France). You will be delivered within an indicative period of 2 to 5 working days to mainland France, 5 to 10 working days to Overseas and 10 to 15 working days to international. In the event that the customer does not specify a delivery address during the ordering process, the gift bag will be delivered to the billing address.
Article 14 Animals
Our animal friends are allowed on request and will be placed in an enclosure.
Article 15 Complaints
Any incident that occurs on the Rendez-vous en terre Animale site and that may engage the responsibility of the latter must be declared to the site reception service on the day of the incident. Article 16 Litigation
In the event of a dispute, it is your responsibility to refer the matter to the competent court.

INFORMATIONS PRATIQUES POUR VOTRE SÉJOUR Pour préparer votre séjour :avant votre venue nous vous prions de bien vouloir convenir d’une heure d’arrivée (par mail ou par téléphone) : à partir de 18h jusqu'à 20h.En cas d’arrivée tardive ou d’empêchement de dernière minute, il est impératif de prévenir nos services avant 17 heures. La réception des hébergements est située à l'entrée de Rendez-vous en terre Animale. Dépôt de garantie :A votre arrivée nous vous demanderons le versement d’un dépôt de garantie de 300€ pour l’hébergement pour couvrir le cas échéant le coût du matériel endommagé ou manquant et une remise en état des lieux. Payable en chèque, il sera restitué dans les prochains jours à compter de votre départ. Informations pratiques :Une place de parking réservée est à votre disposition à l’intérieur du centre. Un livre d’or est à votre disposition dans les hébergements, afin de recueillir vos impressions .Visite: Vous pourrez visiter le parc le jour précédent votre nuit et le lendemain. Avant 9h00 et après 19h, il est strictement interdit de se rendre sur les sentiers du parc. Départ :Le jour de votre départ, les hébergements doivent être libérés pour 10h00. Il vous est demandé de laisser l’endroit aussi propre que possible et de restituer le matériel confié à l’endroit indiqué. Vous effectuerez les dernières modalités lors de votre départ. Pour nous permettre d’améliorer notre service à la clientèle, un livre d'or est disponible dans les écolodges.
