What is the minimum age required for the activities?
For the "trainer-trainer" activity, children must be at least 6 years old and accompanied by an adult who must have their own ticket. From 13 years old, children are not required to be accompanied. For activities with wolves, children must be at least 7 years old and accompanied by an adult who must have their own ticket. From 13 years old, children are not required to be accompanied. For the activity "immersion with an African elephant", there is no minimum age required. Children under 13 must however be accompanied by an adult who must have their own ticket.

How long is my gift card valid?
Your gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Can I pay a gift card in my name and put it in another name?
Yes, you can pay a gift card in your name and put it in the name of the person you are giving it to. You also have the choice to receive it at your home or send it to the person in question.

How can we visit your park?
We are not a park but a private specialized center. Strictly speaking, we do not offer a visit but activities that allow you to discover our animal actors in their element and the profession of trainer.

How is the meal service in the lodges?
Dinner takes place in total autonomy. Preferences (meat, fish or vegetarian) and allergies are transmitted to our caterer before your stay.

How are the lodges configured for 6 people?
In a 6-person lodge you have two bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed. Are towels provided in the lodges? Yes, during your stay towels and sheets are provided.
